Design affects marketing in many ways. Design of a product or experience should give away the meaning of it. The marketing is based on what the company wants their product to appear as or be like. So what the product looks like determines how they are going to market the product. One of the most important parts of market is the brand name. It tells you all you need to know about a product. When I see the apple icon on a product I automatically trust that product and know that it is backed by their seal of approval and warranty.

In this article he even discuses the idea of experience like in our previous article. Marketing is an experience, for the most part, you are marketed to in advertisements and thing all around you. So you could say that the marketing and experience is going on all around you constantly if you are in a modern place.

The brand K represents uniqueness, love, community, quality high education and respect. That is what I think the colleges marketing scheme is. The design of k is small and quaint this enforces most of these ideas. They also claim to be diverse which adds to the respect. The college has brick buildings and brick roads which adds to high quality of education.
